What can I do to keep my Online Banking access secure?

Keep Password Secure
Don't let anyone else know your password. Never write it down where anyone can find it. Use letters (upper and lower case), numbers, and symbols. Use a different password for each different internet website. We also recommend that you change your password every so often.

Avoid Public Access
Do not access Online Banking from public computers and/or public Wi-Fi.

Keep Computer Updated
Install anti-virus and anti-spyware software and keep it up-to-date. Keep your computer's operating system and applications up-to-date as well.

Always Log Out
You should always log out of Online Banking when you are finished or if you are going to be away from your computer for an extended period of time. The log out will end your session, and you will be required to enter your User ID and Password before entering Online Banking again. If you have not accessed Online Banking for a period of time after logging in, your login session will automatically timeout. To start a new session, you will be required to enter your User ID and Password on the login page.
